In the past, the five members of the Board of Directors including the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and the Disciplinarian of Ngagyur Tholob were appointed under the advice of the Late H.H. Padma Norbu Rinpoche. But now, the twelfth throne holder H.H. Karma Kuchen Rinpoche, two Chogtruls and three Khenchens are shouldering the duty. From 2009, the administrators of the nunnery were established for the first time under their wishes. The graduates (Lopenmas) are shouldering the duty of presiding as Vice-president, Disciplinarian, Secretary and Treasurer. They also conduct all the administration duties in the Junior High School. Nearly half of the teachers are sent from the monastery to teach in the Institute. The Lopenmas are responsible for teaching both in the Junior High School and the Institute. In 2000, a library was opened in the nunnery. In 2002, a dispensary clinic was established. In 2012, an Editorial Committee was formed. Other recent additions include a restaurant, stores, tailoring service, cyber, etc. At present, there are more than eighty staff members on duty.
