His Holiness the 4th Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche
His Holiness the 4th Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche, His Holiness Mingyur Dechen Garwang Zilnon Dorjee Rinpoche, was born to father Norbu and mother Phurbu Dolma, on 31-12-2011, in Tibet near Leten Tramo Drag or Dung Lung Tramo Drag, the sacred place where Kunkhen Longchen Rabjam revealed Nyingthing Yabshyi (The Four Cycles of Heart Essence Teachings). His Holiness the Yangsey Rinpoche was recognized as the flawless reincarnation of His Holiness the 3rd Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche by the then Great Living Buddha His Holiness Chatrel Rinpoche. His Holiness Yangsey Rinpoche was enthroned on the Golden Throne in Palyul Jangchub Choeling Monastery, Tibet, in the year 2014 on 31st of July, and has been taken care under the guidance of His Holiness Karma Kuchen Rinpoche and H.H. Tulku Thubzang Rinpoche.
